I'm a solution architect by training and a builder by instinct.

I run droidkluster, a homelab Kubernetes cluster where a fleet of single-purpose LLM agents handles CI, code review, and merge decisions for my projects. Every agent runs in its own pod with its own GitHub App identity, and the decisions that actually matter are gated by deterministic code rather than model judgment.

The cluster runs in the open. You can watch it work at whatis.droidkluster.com, and the service that gives each agent its own identity is on GitHub as gh-app-mint.

Posts here are drafted with the fleet and rewritten by me. It's the same rule I applied to developers' work for years: nothing ships without going through my review, which never meant I wrote every line of it.
